How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We sincerely apologise if you received the wrong item or if your product arrived damaged.
Please email us at cocoandcheri@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item, including photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Why are there missing items from my order?
Our pet mats and bowls are sourced and shipped separately. The mats have longer production times and will arrive later than the bowls.
Returns
What is your refund policy?
Our print-on-demand products are made to order. Therefore we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items. Please contact us at cocoandcheri@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Make sure to attach photos of the damaged product along with your order number and any other relevant details.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
Since our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. To choose the right size bowl for your pet, please check the dimensions listed in each item's description on our store.

Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping services. Our products are printed on demand, so they may take a little longer to process.

How often should I clean my pet bowl?
Wash your pet’s bowls daily to maintain cleanliness and prevent bacterial growth.
How do I clean my pet bowl?
We recommend hand washing the bowls with warm water and mild soap or dishwashing liquid. Use a sponge or soft cloth to remove any stains and avoid scratching the surface of the bowl with a scrubber.
How do I clean stains off of the pet mats?
Our mats are made from a polyester blend, a strong and durable synthetic fabric that retains its shape and dries quickly. For cleaning, use warm water and a gentle soap solution. Lay flat to dry and do not use a dryer.
Are your dining sets suitable for messy eaters?
Our mats are made from a polyester blend, offering a gentle feel, but may not be ideal for messy eaters. However, our bowls are designed quite deep to minimise spills.

Can I put the bowls in the microwave?
No, stainless steel bowls are not suitable for microwave use.
Can I put the bowls in the dishwasher?
Our bowls are dishwasher safe when the non-slip rubber base is removed.
Sizing
Do both sizes of pet bowls fit on a mat?
Our pet mats come in one size and accommodate up to two large bowls comfortably, and up to three small bowls.
