Our print-on-demand products are made to order. Therefore we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at cocoandcheri@gmail.com within 14 days of when the item was received. Make sure to attach photos of the damaged product along with your order number and any other relevant details.
