Coco and Chéri operates globally and ships worldwide. Shipping costs and durations may fluctuate based on your region.
For Australia and New Zealand expect delivery to be between 3-6 business days for pet bowls and 10-30 business days for pet mats.
For US and UK expect delivery to be between 6-14 business days for pet bowls and 2-5 business days for pet mats.
Coco and Chéri disclaims liability for any shipping delays. Similarly, for GLOBAL orders, expedited shipping is employed, with delivery times subject to variance, and Coco and Chéri absolves itself from accountability for any shipping delays.
Shipping Locations: United States (except for American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands), Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Japan, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Spain (except for Ibiza), Sweden, and Turkey.
Please note: For orders being shipped to the US, additional import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery if your item ships from overseas. These fees are not included in the item price and will be your responsibility to pay.

Placing an order with the wrong address:
Please ensure that all postal information is accurate and current, as we cannot accept responsibility for misdirection of your item due to incorrect address details. Notify us promptly if there are any discrepancies in your address, providing the correct information. Regrettably, once your item has been shipped, we are unable to take any further action.
Cancellation
Coco and Chéri reserves the right to cancel your order if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil the products specified in your order. In such instances, we will promptly notify you.
Please note that you are not eligible to claim additional compensation for any resulting loss, expense, or damage, whether direct or consequential, or for any inconvenience or loss of time arising from such cancellation.
